Since we offer digital services (including digital marketing, SEO, social media management, Meta/Google ads, website design & development), all payments are generally non-refundable once the service has started.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

• If payment is made but the project or service has not yet started

• If there is a technical or billing error from our side

• If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Work has already started or partially completed

• Delay caused due to lack of information, content, or approval from the client

• Change of mind after project initiation

• Advertising budgets spent on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other platforms

• Monthly or subscription-based services after activation

4. Custom Plans & Offers

All custom plans, discounted packages, and promotional offers are strictly non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

• The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

• The amount will be credited to the original payment method
